About us

TRAPITI is a civic association dedicated to supporting youth development, promoting the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, and improving overall quality of life through movement, art, and nature. Our work is guided by the core values of openness, integrity, responsibility, solidarity, sustainability, playfulness, and joy.

We organize a wide range of leisure, sports, cultural, and educational activities for different age groups. Our programs include youth initiatives, workshops, training courses, conferences, and community events that encourage active participation, creativity, and personal growth. We also support talented individuals and groups and promote volunteering and civic engagement.

TRAPITI provides therapeutic and educational support through innovative methods. We are committed to developing innovative learning approaches in both formal and informal educational environments and to sharing expertise through cooperation with national and international partners.

A key focus of our work is circus pedagogy, through which we run workshops and inclusive programs for diverse groups, including war refugee children, ethnic minorities, special education teachers, and people with disabilities. These activities often lead to the creation of inclusive circus groups and community performances.

The organization was founded by PaedDr. Hajnalka Kantár, an expert in sport, physical education, special and experiential pedagogy, and circus pedagogy, and Mgr. Balázs Kantár, PhD., whose expertise includes art, experiential education, volunteering, youth work, and circus pedagogy.
